In-depth analysis
Why this approach works better — and when you should choose it.
When off-the-shelf tools are no longer enough
Generic tools are designed for the common workflow of the majority. When your team works its own way — a specific chain of actions across many platforms, work that spans the web and mobile devices, or volumes that mainstream tools can’t handle — a custom-built tool quickly pays for itself.
Standalone, lightweight, self-healing
We build software as desktop applications or browser extensions that just run, with no middleware servers. The architecture is fault-tolerant: when it meets a network error, a slow response or a small UI change, the tool retries, reroutes and logs in detail — instead of stopping the whole flow.
- Browser automation and Android device automation on Box Phone.
- License keys, device limits and team permissions.
- AI touchpoints exactly where understanding, classifying or writing is needed.
- Companion App connection for alerts and remote control.
Transparent process, fixed cost
Every project starts by documenting your current manual process and timing each step. From there we write a functional specification with delivery milestones and a fixed price. During development you see the tool running every week. After handover, a Maintenance & Upgrade contract keeps the tool compatible as platforms change.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom tool take?
Single-task tools usually take 1–3 weeks; multi-module systems 4–10 weeks. The exact timeline is fixed in the spec before work starts.
Do I own the source code?
Full source handover is available. With a build-only plan the cost is lower and we take care of maintenance.
Will the tool be updated when platforms change?
Yes. Every tool is designed to cope with small UI changes. For major algorithm or security changes, the monthly Maintenance & Upgrade plan keeps scripts up to date.
Is my workflow kept confidential?
We sign an NDA before analysing your process if you ask, and we never resell custom tools to anyone else.
