Refund Policy

Refund conditions and process for TheYourList Auto Tool licenses and custom services.

TheYourList products are digital software and services, so we encourage you to try the limited trial before buying. This policy applies to purchases made directly on theyourlist.com.

1. Auto Tool licenses

Eligible for a refund

  • The software cannot be installed or does not work as described on its product page, and our team cannot fix it within 7 days of your report;
  • You were charged more than once for the same order;
  • An order was paid but no license was issued within 48 hours.

License refund requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase.

Not eligible for a refund

  • A change of mind or buying the wrong plan after the license has been activated (we can help you switch plans and settle the difference);
  • Computers that do not meet the published system requirements;
  • Social, channel or other third-party accounts restricted or suspended by their platform — a risk outside the software’s control;
  • Licenses revoked for violating the Terms of Use (sharing, reselling, cracking);
  • License plans used for more than 7 days.

2. Custom services (Auto Tools, AI, mobile apps, websites)

Custom projects are delivered under a contract and their own specification. Payments are split by delivery milestones; refund, acceptance and warranty conditions are defined in each project’s contract. The initial survey and specification are always free.

3. Monthly Maintenance & Upgrade plans

You can stop renewing at any time, effective from the next billing period. Periods already paid are not refunded unless we failed to deliver the service as committed.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Send your request via the Contact page with your order number, purchase email and a description of the issue (screenshots or a screen recording if possible).
  2. Our technical team replies within 1 business day and helps resolve the issue.
  3. If eligible, the license is deactivated and the money is returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or gateway.
