This policy explains how TheYourList (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit theyourlist.com, buy software licenses or use our services. We process personal data in accordance with Vietnamese personal data protection law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

1. Data we collect

Information you provide: name, phone/Zalo, email and the needs you describe in the consultation form; billing and invoice details when buying a license.
Account information: login email, order history and activated licenses.
Software activation data: license key, a hashed device identifier used to limit activations, and the software version.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies required for login and security.

Data processed by the software on your side (such as lead lists, videos or social accounts) stays on your device. We do not collect or access it unless you actively send it to us for technical support.

2. How we use it

To answer consultation requests, quotes and technical support.
To process orders, issue and manage licenses and send invoices.
To notify you about software updates and important product changes.
To prevent fraud, unauthorised license sharing and to keep our systems secure.
To improve the website and products using aggregated statistics.

We only send marketing content with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with:

Payment gateway, hosting and email providers — to the extent needed to run the service;
Competent government authorities when legally required.

4. Retention

Consultation requests: up to 24 months after the last contact.
Orders and invoices: for the accounting retention period required by law.
License information: for the license term plus 12 months after expiry.

5. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to data is limited to staff who need it. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed by the payment gateway provider.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies required for login, form security and remembering your language choice. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent or object to processing. Send your request via the Contact page; we will respond within the legal time limit.
