By visiting theyourlist.com, buying a license or using TheYourList’s services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Software licenses

• A license grants the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.
• Each license may be activated on the number of devices stated in its plan. Moving a license to another machine is supported through our technical team.
• 1-month and 6-month licenses run from the activation date. Lifetime licenses remain valid for as long as the product is developed and distributed.
• Updates and technical support are provided for the duration of the license.

2. Prohibited use

• Sharing, renting or reselling licenses or accounts;
• Reverse engineering, cracking or tampering with the software’s licensing mechanism;
• Using the software for spam, fraud, unlawful collection of personal data or any other illegal activity.

Violations may result in license revocation without refund.

3. Compliance with third-party platforms

The software interacts with third-party platforms (maps, social networks, marketplaces…). You are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms and with laws on advertising, marketing and personal data protection. We are not responsible if your accounts on third-party platforms are restricted or suspended.

4. Changes by third-party platforms

When a third-party platform changes its interface, API or policies, some features may be temporarily interrupted. We will release updates as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee a specific feature remains available if the platform actively blocks or discontinues it.

5. Custom services

Scope, cost, timeline, source-code ownership and warranty for custom projects are set out in a separate contract. Where that contract differs from these terms, the contract prevails.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is provided as described on its product page. To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList’s liability for any transaction does not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the software.

7. Intellectual property

The brand name, interface, content and software on this website belong to TheYourList. Do not copy or use them commercially without written consent.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; failing that, by the competent authority in accordance with the law.
